To discuss the difference of opinion between remote work and offline work, we must understand first who is in conflict. Mostly it’s between teams and managers or those who sit in high-ups.
According to a survey conducted by Nicholas Bloom, the disagreement comes from one reason which is managers believe that work-from-home reduces productivity while teams think it massively increases it.
While remote work or work from home can offer flexibility and the ability for teams to work from anywhere, it also introduces new challenges and opportunities for disagreement between managers and teams. One of the main challenges of remote work is maintaining clear and effective communication and collaboration. Without the ability to meet in person or have impromptu conversations, it can be more difficult for teams to stay up-to-date on projects and for managers to ensure that work is being completed effectively.
In your opinion, what is the best way to solve the disagreement between remote work vs offline work and to get the managers and teams on the same page? Comment your thoughts down below!
